As the great Lee 'Scratch' Perry tells us, 'you have to tune up your body if you want it to function'. And here's how - keep fit and make sure you eat five portions of fruit and vegetables every day (HM Government instructions). I've always liked this twee little shop by Spitalfields Market. But, don't be fooled, this is not a fine old London shop that has survived down the years - quite the opposite - terribly upmarket, organic and suitably priced - this is not Stoke Newington High Street.
